The current administration had to acquire the necessary tools to maintain this reputation of excellence. Therefore, in addition to continued education programs offered to our current employees, various other expertises have been added to the company on a regular basis.

In 1996, after several months of preparation, the company obtained ISO 9000 certification. Today, Castech can be proud of being certified ISO 9001-2000 as well as being LLOYD’S REGISTER certified .   Our modern laboratory equipment enables our technicians and engineers to analyze, test, research and compile reports, etc. This permits us to supply this data to our customers

It is to be noted that all parts produced by Castech have a unique and individual serial number that allows us to trace all information concerning the production such as: melting, thermal treatments and mechanical properties, etc.

Castech offers the following in-house tests and quality controls: metallurgical spectrographic, mechanical testing such as tensile and impact, non-destructive testing such as magnetic particle, liquid penetration and ultrasonic, and radiographic inspection.

The use of modeling software confirms the necessity of technology in the development of a company like ours… and this Castech Inc. has understood well.
